Episode 10 : All That We Were
August 16, 2010 10:58 PM PDT
In this episode I interview Evan Newton about how the meanings we attach to the negative experiences we've had in the past can keep us from reaching our true potential. We discuss the tendency we all have to build stories in our minds that dictate how we present ourselves to world. We also examine how this can be a large detriment to important relationships that may hold the key to helping each of us come to grips with a reality that is often different than our perceived interpretations. Take care!
